In 1963 he purchased a small janitorial business while still in college and subsequently incorporated it in 1970. Mr. Kraft remains actively involved in the growth and development of the franchise program.

As a college student, Jim was a part-time employee in the Environment Control Greater Columbus franchise. In 1992, he became the owner of the East Cleveland franchise. After successfully operating and expanding the Cleveland area, Jim accepted a position with the Franchisor in 2013 to make his experience available to all owners.
With over 35 years of experience in the industry, Greg continues to bring a world of practical benefit to company owners through his extensive purchasing experience, EC property management, and ongoing consultation for Insurance related issues. His expertise continues to give Environment Control a competitive edge in the marketplace.
Susan draws on her MBA, CPA, and 14 years experience as the Chief Financial Officer of her family's engineering company to consult with franchise owners. This valuable service includes such areas as tax planning, lines of credit, financial analysis, purchase of capital assets, etc.
