Owning a Franchise
Are you beginning to see your name printed on an Environment Control business card?
Only six franchises are offered for sale each year. We believe that the following process results in the best decision for both of us. After Environment Control reviews your Confidential Application for Franchise Ownership, here are the steps you will take.
Investigation
If you are ready to do a thorough investigation of this opportunity, then we want you to experience EC by reviewing actual operating procedures, talking with current owners, and having all your questions answered. Our goal is to provide you with as much information as possible so you can make a decision with confidence.
Request to Purchase a Franchise
Once the investigation phase is complete, you are prepared to purchase a franchise. With the help of our staff, you will . . .
- Confirm receipt and review of the Franchise Disclosure Document.
- Select a franchise program and territory.
- Schedule a visit to our Corporate Office.
Approval
Upon approval by Environment Control’s Board of Directors, start-up of your new franchise will be scheduled. For the next 12 months, a start-up specialist will be there to guide you through every step . . . from scheduling the Company Development Seminar to completion of the Company Development Program.
